Welcome to StudioSoie. These terms govern the use of the studiosoie.fr / studiosoie.com website, published by StudioSilk OÜ (Ahtri tn 12, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia). By browsing the website, you accept them. Your purchases, for their part, are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Access to the website

The website is accessible free of charge, 7 days a week, subject to interruptions required for its maintenance or beyond our control. We may change its content, its features and the products presented at any time.

2. Your customer account

Your account allows you to track your orders and manage your information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Let us know at support@studiosoie.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Content and intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, logos and graphic designs on the website belong to StudioSilk OÜ or its partners. You may view them for personal use; any reproduction or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.

4. Reviews and contributions

The reviews you publish must reflect a genuine experience and remain courteous. By publishing them, you authorise us to display them on the website and in our communications, together with your first name and the initial of your surname. We may refuse or remove any content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

5. Customer service assistant

The shop chat is run by an automated assistant, with our team taking over when necessary. Its replies are provided for guidance only; only our Terms and Conditions of Sale and our policies are authoritative. Never share bank details or sensitive information in the chat.
